    Amongst the highlights here from our 28 runners were David James Poole in a rare parkrun outing getting a PB by 0:12 (but it is still behind my 19:32 on the list!), Rhian Rudkin made a good debut and also good runs from new members Kate Gordon (a PB by 2:12!!) and David Andrew Hatton and Alex Yorke with a massive 0:30 PB running with 3 teammates. It was good to see Emily Spencer back in the line-up.

  • RNLI 10K 2018 Results

    On Sunday morning 7th October despite a chilly weather forecast it was not too bad with a bit of a north-easterly wind to expect on the return leg. I made it 17 Baffineers in the 10k. 289 Finishers Loads of top 10 finishers in categories ( and 4 more 11’s!!)

    Again many Baffins Fit Clubbers in the top top 10s of their categories and !

    Due to the longer distance of this race many of the 10k’ers had finished and could enjoy watching their teammates finish and give them a deserved cheer.

    Good evening here is your weekly dose of parkrun report! I will start fittingly at Southsea where they celebrated their 5th anniversary, together with the 14th anniversary of the first parkrun in Bushy Park. What a difference it has made to many of us and running in general, making it so much more available to all.
