Good afternoon, here is a briefer than normal parkrun report for Saturday 13th October 2018.
A total of 250 runners took part at Portsmouth Lakeside parkrun event #128
We had 10 runners here with Maria Rowsell ( Kevin Rowsell) getting a PB by 0:23 with teammates pacing. Dan Slayford was taking it much easier than normal.

A total of 429 runners took part at Southsea parkrun event #264
Amongst the highlights here from our 28 runners were David James Poole in a rare parkrun outing getting a PB by 0:12 (but it is still behind my 19:32 on the list!), Rhian Rudkin made a good debut and also good runs from new members Kate Gordon (a PB by 2:12!!) and David Andrew Hatton and Alex Yorke with a massive 0:30 PB running with 3 teammates. It was good to see Emily Spencer back in the line-up.
In local inspiration Debbie Pentland 's 150th run, we had Kev Budd as Run Director and volunteers included Nikki Tout, James Yorke, Billy Jules Bilton, Katherine Newell, Kevin Friery, Sarina Collis, Kate English, TJ King Daniel Walton, Martyn Threader, Denyse King, Keith Caunt, Helen Mayhead,Andy Seek and Jason Smith.

Finally, at Fareham, finding a car parking space made Louise Griffin and Paul Griffin start some 10 minutes after the start! It is worth noting that you cannot park at the Cams Mill pub that is the base for the run. It is worth noting the details below as we have mentioned a club visit to Fareham.
Drivers should use Lysses Car Park, Wallington Way. Not suitable for high sided vehicles.
Parking charges are 70p for one hour, £1.40 for two hours.
Leave the M27 at Junction 11 and take the Fareham turning off the roundabout.
Stay in the left-hand lane and leave the dual-carriageway towards Portchester.
Take the 4th exit off the roundabout for A32 Wallington Way.
