The conditions were good and got warmer during the race. I was glad my major decision of what top to wear was vindicated (short-sleeved BFC Gemma Hoare! Remember Gosport?) Some great times here and PBs for Dan Slayford, Paul Griffin and Louise Griffin and Lisa Duke. Lee Collier-Williams also got his 2nd PB in 2 days running under another name although it should have been changed in a legitimate late swap. Let me know Lee and I will put your time in. All in all a race that I have now warmed to especially after my 0:32 PB 4 years and 1 month after shaving 0:01 off my previous at Chichester in 2015. Thanks to Neil Priddle for the lift. Sue Lamb-Dennis and Carol Carberry finished well encouraging each other. It was good to meet up with Scott Cobb again too. I also got to chat to Michael Rae and Dan Slayford too.

It's not a particularly pretty route but is fast especially after the longish gradual hill in the first 5k. One for the Baffs to tackle en-masse next year?

Meanwhile Sarah Platts was running in the London Landmarks Half and the Malta crew were doing their Virtual Half along the Meon Valley Old Railway.
