parkrun review 10th August 2019

Sonny Locke ran his 3rd PB out of the last 3 runs here (by 0:03). I was 6th in age-grade in a run won by another familiar winner Adam Barlow, this time without his double buggy that he won with at Southsea recently!

Don't forget it's my 60th birthday parkrun at Southsea on 17th August at Southsea. It is my first run in the M60-64 age-group!!!! OMG that feels old! I will probably be recovering from my party so won't be too fast? Cake will be provided and I will be going into the Deep Blue on the Pier after for sustenance.
