parkrun Review 2nd November 2019
There were lower numbers everywhere due to Southsea and Lakeside being cancelled locally because of the appalling weather in the first instance and no notice being given of building work in the other. Taken together with England's Rugby Union team trying to beat the South Africans being on at parkrun time 9:00am, it's surprising even that many went.
However the Lockes were not to be put off as Hattie had a National Cross Country Relay race in Nottingham so Sonny Locke 3rd male and Shelley Locke first female finisher did exceptionally well in the local parkrun. Not many Baffins ladies have won a parkrun!

Meanwhile one of those ladies, Louise Griffin, who have finished first was back in action at Eastleigh, and was a creditable 2nd, beaten by someone I know and who runs Southsea sometimes.
