parkrun review 21st December
A total of 867 runners took part at Southampton parkrun event #389. I think we all know the winner here! It was Dan Slayford 's Southampton PB and 2nd best anywhere only 5 seconds from his Southend best. Sonny Locke was obviously not racing!

Emma Jolley was 1st lady, Louise Griffin 3rd lady and Emma was 5th in the Age-Graded times, Fiona Shaw was 18th. Quite why the 1st male didn't want to be identified is beyond me. My feelings are that his results should be deleted.
Kevin Friery ran a great PB by 12 seconds. Volunteers I can see included Alice Bird, Jason Smith, Dan Bailey, Katherine Newell, and Esme Webber
Many were volunteering or taking it easy before the Coastal marathon and Half and Ultra the following day. Ian Fuller (no relation) was down from Malvern Joggers on his own for the Marathon and had been in contact with the club so we met him for breakfast.He ran 22:39 so not taking it easy?

I'll put some Christmas Day details with my report for 28th December. However parkrun do not give a consolidated report on 25th December so I am relying on people telling me if and where they ran. I know about Southsea and Hogmoor I think.
