A total of 155 runners took part at Teignmouth Promenade parkrun event #94
Rebecca Niles was 8th female finisher and was 1:38 faster than her previous best here in her 8th run. It was amazingly an All Parkrun PB by 19 secs too. One of the fastest times by one of our ladies anywhere and only a minute behind Jason Smith 's time here.

Louise Griffin ran well as 2nd female and other highlights included Ian Briscoe running his 2nd fastest at Southsea only 7 secs behind his recent PB and John Bucketsofrain equalling his best here.(although he must have had a recent birthday as his age-grade was higher)
My favourites were the return of Fiona Shaw after her horrible broken arm injury and a great 8 sec course PB from pre-lockdown for Jason Smith.
I was please to get 2nd best age-grade after Martin Williams, inevitably it was Martin!
Volunteers included Katherine Newell, and Billy Jules Bilton and don't forget to volunteer if you haven't recently, are racing the next day or recovering from an injury or illness.
