A total of 105 runners took part at Woolacombe Dunes parkrun event #102. Becci Knowles was our 1st runner here and was 10th female finisher. The course is run on a mixture of stone tracks, sand dunes and sand. One continuous lap on a mixture of stone tracks, sand dunes and beach. This unique parkrun takes in stunning views of Woolacombe bay and beyond. It is an excellent opportunity to run amongst rich and diverse wildlife and habitats. Held on National Trust land within the North Devon AONB. Sounds great. Hopefully you could see Lundy Island on a reasonably clear day.

Becci Knowles is our 3rd runner here and our fastest.

Actually the course is at Bridport FC (bottom and relegated from the Western League Div 1, with a slim possibly to Moneyfields division next season!!), St. Mary's Field, Bridport. The course is run on a mixture of concrete paths and grass.

Jason is the 1st BFC runner here.

Please volunteer to help these events continue. We have quite a good roster for 26th March but future weeks look a bit thin. You can double up with someone to learn a new role. With Lakeside off this week, let us show the others what we can do. I am RD this weeks but don't panic, as other experienced volunteers will be there!
