A total of 37 runners took part at Great Salterns parkrun event #67
On a muddy GS we had 4 top 10 finishers. Alex Gannon , and our 2 founders Julie Allan Fuller and Helen Mayhead, but pride of place goes to 1st female Christine McCullough, who had her 3rd 1st place out of 3.

Just down the north east coast a total of 150 runners took part at Redcar parkrun event #495
Chi SO and Kitty Amelia Li made their debuts here and are our 1st runners on the course. It's a flat 3-lapper run in Locke Park, Redcar on mainly footpaths with a few sections that involve crossing small foot bridges.

A total of 452 runners took part at Southsea parkrun event #429
I went back to where it all began in 2013 and ran my fastest since September 2022, although I have been running on generally sl;ower courses. Kevin Aylward suggested we were the only 2 BFC but many arrived a bit later.
Laura Richardson ran her 3rd fastest here as did sister Carrie Richardson Haunstrup. Nicola Carlile Chinnery ran a 4 sec PB (an All-parkrun PB too). It was good to see daughter Phoebe who will be working as a medic near the finish of the London Marathon on Sunday.
Ian Briscoe ran well after his Ultra and Robert Marsh ran a 22 sec All-parkrun PB. Robert Turner-diamond ran his fastest since November 2022 and Fiona Shaw her best since September 2021.
