Course Description
This is a flat 2 lap anti-clockwise course, with a few twists and turns through the beautiful grounds of Tredegar House. The terrain is varied; gravel tracks, bark lined paths, compact earth and grass, so can accumulate puddles after period of rain.The course is in the grounds of Tredegar House and run on gravel tracks, bark lined paths and compact earth.

Rob & I made our debuts on our 'lads' weekend away. Very hot into a slight breeze, then stifling on the return.
Normal Course description
Starting 25m from the shelter on seaside road, opposite grosvenor gardens. Runners head in an easterly anti clockwise direction keeping to the walk section of the prom markings for 1km. Then run down the slope onto the lower prom, skirting the front of the azur restaurant, through bottle alley, up the slope to the pier entrance. Continue to the turn around area at the seats 100m beyond pier entrance. Turn around and keeping to the right hand side of the footpath, run past the pier entrance and back to the start line keeping to the footpath marked part of the prom. The course is extremely flat with only one turn to negotiate, making it a fast course.The course is at Seaside Road, Hastings. Course details
Two laps of the walking/jogging course set in the park. Start in front of the "Tower of Life" starting point, and head towards the almond forest with the central fountain and Oike on your right. After that, go through a zone rich in nature with gentle ups and downs to the vicinity of the barbecue area. It is a beautiful and varied 2.5-kilometer course that passes in front of Sakuya Konohanakan and returns to the Tower of Life. The entire course is paved and the road width is wide so you can enjoy parkrun comfortably.. It will be held at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Flower Expo Memorial Park, 2-163 Ryokuchi Park, Tsurumi Ward, Osaka 538-0036.
