Geoff (Alison Newman) ran a fantastic 39 sec PB in his 100th parkrun, possibly inspired by daughter Helen Newman and her Ultra exploits?

Paul Ingleby made his debut here in his fastest since his comeback from injury.

In the Age-Graded Percentages, Jack Ingleby was 6th and John Bucketsofrain 10th.

Emma Montiel agonisingly equalled her PB.

There were also 2 huge PBs for 2 non-members I know, and I enjoyed marshaling and cheering them on.
