Brett's parkrun review for 20th July 2024

This week I make it 33 current members ran at 10 different events.

We begin locally where a  total of 60 parkrunners took part. at Great Salterns parkrun event #135

Jack was 1st and nor far from his course best, as was Nick Lay. Alex Gannon and Jason Smith were in the top 10 and Nikki Harris was 6th female.

Course Description
This is 2 lap course, on tarmac and grass riverside. The start and finish are near the main car park

Becci was 4th female at this course at Whitehill, Bordon. A few of us know the winner, a Vegan Runner with distinctive dreadlocks.
Course Description
Two laps on a mixture of trail and sand, completed in an anti-clockwise direction. The start and finish are close to the main car park, café and children’s play area.

Sam debuted here in what has become a huge event. I ran it in the very early days and am still our record holder.......for now!
Course Description
A flat, circular, 2-lap clockwise course around the perimeter of Clapham Common. Start and finish located close to the double football pitches by Broomwood Road. The course may not be suitable for buggies - please contact the team in advance for further advice on the course.
