I made it 30 current members took part at 8 different events.
A total of 38 parkrunners took part at Great Salterns parkrun event #156
Jack Ingleby was 1st again in his 3rd fastest time here. Paul Ingleby, Ian Saynor, Craig Lunn, Yarian (in a 2 sec PB) by and myself all made the top 10.
In the Age-Graded Percentages Jack was 2nd, I was 6th, John Bucketsofrain 7th and Paul Ingleby 10th.

Why not get involved and volunteer? For Christmas Day we could do with a couple more marshals and someone on post-event close dow. For Saturday 28th we need another timekeeper, someone else on set-up and some more marshals please. Our club has been really great helping out and we now have a number of non member regulars helping too.

Course Description (on a promenade)
The course is a flat run, entirely run on tarmac. The start line (which is marked on the promenade) is in the Splash Point area on Worthing promenade (just east of the pier), and it is an out-and-back course finishing adjacent to (the similarly named) Splashpoint Leisure Centre. Please meet the Run Director on the shingle beach next to the promenade at 8.50am for the pre-run briefing, please keep the promenade clear as much as possible.
