Neil Harvey ran his 3rd in a row and best since October 2017! Ashleigh Moira absolutely smashed an All parkrun PB by 4:03 paced by Paul Griffin. Carrie Richardson Haunstrupran her 2nd best time, Robert Brown raced the dinosaur and Jon Olsen kept up his recent consistent set of times. Helen Sarah grabbed her best time here since July 2022. I suspect Louise Griffin did a very fast walk.

Course Description
Our route is clockwise and starts and finishes close to the Central Bark Café.
Runners head east into woodland, then turn right following a downhill path, turning right again onto the lake shore path. You then run back towards the main carpark and turn right before the cycle hire point towards the start / finish area.

Levengrove parkrun, Dumbarton

Gordon Scruton visited for the 4th time before running the Great Glen.
Course Description
The route consists of three anti-clockwise laps of Levengrove Park, run entirely on tarmac. The course starts and finishes close to the new pavilion. It is an undulating course passing the main attractions of the park as well as running alongside two rivers. There is one sharp downhill section which should be taken with care.

Both Yarian Slevin (his 4th best), myself (my 5th best here) and Craig Lunn (3rd best here)made the top 10 and Maria Tucker the top 10 women. Neil Griffiths was very near his PB and Clive Tucker (Maria Tucker) ran his fastest here since September 2024.
In the Age Grades, I was 2nd and Yarian Slevin 7th.
