Course Description
The course is flat, on well maintained grass around the perimeter of the College sports fields with a few slightly uneven sections. There are four laps of 1.25kms with one ‘hairpin’ turn on each lap.
The whole course is clearly visible.
Shoes with good grip are recommended on wet days.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event, nor are they allowed anywhere on the college campus.

Course Description
Just over two laps of the seafront. Starting on the pebble beach east of Fisherman's Gap, the route goes in a westerly direction using the Esplanade to the Hideaway cafe where it turns and returns beyond the start with a short spell of pebble beach before turning to repeat for a second lap.
After two laps of the Esplanade, parkrunners drop onto the beach on the slipway adjacent to Jane's kiosk for a short pebble beach finish.
Due to the terrain and the narrowness of the Esplanade the course is unsuitable for people with buggies & pushchairs - please contact the team in advance for further information.
No dogs are allowed to due to the restrictions on the beach.
Alex Gannon debuted here, but our fastest is still Jason Smith with 22:38

Course Description
The course will start in front of the house heading down the drive. Follow the road to the right which takes you riverside along by the picturesque river Fowey before heading up through the Great Woods. Finally heading back towards the house with a downhill section towards the finish line.

Course Description
An out and back course on Keswick Railway Path, from the bollards just after the old station to a turn-around at the iron bridge. The whole course is tarmac, quite flat for Keswick (!) and has great views of the river all the way. The last half mile should be really fast. Road running shoes are best suited.
