Course Description
The course will be mainly flat, fast and on tarmac, compacted gravel paths and grass.
Start at the green pin, follow the gravel path south east past the front of the Chapel.

At the end of the path, follow the path to the left (heading NE), up the hill and then enter Bluebell Wood (shown with the blue pin). Take a left onto the road back to the railway station and then take another left onto the road back towards the Chapel Field.

Follow the service road to the NE of the Chapel Field entering the field via a gap in the fencing.

Follow the NE edge of the field until the second tree after the Chapel and then head west across the field back to the start area.

That's the first lap. Repeat this for laps 2 and 3. At the end of the 3rd lap, rather than head back to the start area, enter the finish funnel (shown with a red pin).

Absolutely soaked before the start and the puddles got worse each lap! I had no alternative but to repeat this as staying the other side of Putney Bridge and Wimbledon had been called off the previous afternoon as they were expecting lightning. ) So my much awaited run against my cousin's son did not happen and I would definitely NOT have been 1st Rumfitt home) About 2 minutes slower than my 2018 time with only half the usual runners. However I was 9th in the Age Grades.
Course Description
The course is an anti-clockwise 'almost' 3 lapper around Bishop's Park.
We will meet in the central court near the children's playground and then walk to the start line after the briefing. The course starts on the north side of the park on the path that goes along Stevenage Road. Then the route goes left along Fulham FC stadium and left again on the path along the river Thames. The runners will then turn left along the large grass area and left again on the path that goes along Fulham Palace and towards the children playground where they'll reach the start again. The runners will do this lap 2 times and on the 3rd lap will finish back in the central court (as shown on the map).

Course Description
Three flat laps using a grass trail around the back of the Down and then a mix of gravel and tarmac tracks along the cliff edge. Road or trail shoes are suitable; but not spikes. A very unique course, exposed to the elements, partly following the South West Coast Path. Offers stunning views along the coast and out to sea; land owned by the National Trust which lies within the South Devon AONB. The start and finish is close to the main car park.

Fordingbridge Recreation Ground parkrun
A BRAND NEW HAMPSHIRE PARKRUN
A total of 310 parkrunners took part.
Course Description
The course is mainly flat and comprises four laps on a mix of gravel and tarmac, and a short grassy section, around the perimeter of Fordingbridge Recreation Ground. Part of the course enjoys lovely views as it runs alongside the River Avon.

The pre event brief takes place near the basketball court, with the start on the path between the skate park and the entrance, and the finish on the grass near the basketball court.
