Tamar Trails parkrun (Tavistock)
A total of 122 parkrunners took part.
Course Description
A one lap, anti-clockwise trail course through woodland on well established paths in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and part of the Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site. Starting on the path just south of the high ropes course and heading north with a flat start, the path takes in some of the old mine buildings before winding downhill towards the river followed by a steep climb then a fast flat section finishing close to the Trail Centre car park.
Becci Knowles debuted here and is our fastest female. Fastest male is Geoff Newman at 26:49

Southsea parkrun
A total of 590 parkrunners took part.
I had an enjoyable run here ingood conditions for once and was beaten in the final sprint by Ian Briscoe in one of his best times here (10th best of 117 & best Age Grade here or anywhere!) We had a rare Steven Parker parkrun in a good time following his Budapest Marathon and Neil Harvey had his 2nd fastest and 2nd best Age Grade. I had 8th best Age Grade of 590 on the day. Stef Arnold was near her recent PB.

Medina I.O.W. parkrun

Course Description
Our course is a mostly flat, two lap course around the fields of Medina and Seaclose Park, in Newport. The route is over varying terrain - grass, gravel and tarmac. The paths are sometimes uneven so care will need to be taken, particularly in the wet.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on this course.

Top 10 finishes (albeit from a smaller field than some) for Yarian Slevin, Robert Marsh (near his PB in fact his 2nd fastest parkrun anywhere & 2nd best Age Grade!) and Geoff Newman and they were 2nd, 7th & 5th respectively in the Age Grades.
