Lloyd parkrun, Croydon

Course Description
The course is in Lloyd park, Croydon, and is run on worn paths through grassland and woodland, with a short distance on tarmac path. The course is on ground which can be uneven and muddy, very muddy in winter and with leaves on the ground in autumn, and there are tree roots in places.

Nostell parkrun (near Wakefield)
A total of 284 parkrunners took part.
Course Description
This is a 2 lap undulating course, starting 150m down the footpath adjacent to the Stables and Courtyard leading to the car park (approx. 5 min walk from car park).
From the Start, follow the path up to the House and down the hill towards the lake. Turn left into the Wooded Copse and then right onto the Copse unmade road. Turn left onto the Obelisk path and pass through the Obelisk Gate. Three quarters of the way up the Obelisk Path, make a U turn, then make your way back through the Obelisk Gate, and all the way up the hill to just before the House.
Turn right turn into the Old Car Park Loop and back onto the downhill path towards the lake. Repeat the lap round the Wooded Copse, onto the Copse unmade road, up the Obelisk path, through the Obelisk Gate, three quarters of the way up the Obelisk Path, U turn, back through the Obelisk Gate and all the way up the hill.
The finish is at the right hand side of the House and is about 150m away from the Stable block and courtyard where you can find toilets and the café.

Teignmouth Promenade parkrun
A total of 465 parkrunners took part.
Course Description
Route A This is run entirely along the 3 laps of the promenade which is flat and paved. The course is run in an anti-clockwise direction between the Yacht Club and the lighthouse by the point car park. This course is very picturesque and runners will experience the beautiful coast line as they run.
Route B (back up) Route B, in case of not being able to use the main Route A, is entirely on permanent paths within Eastcliff Park. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course or signs will be in place.

Central parkrun, Plymouth
A total of 468 parkrunners took part.
Course Description
The start and finish is by the Meadow cafe, near the clocktower within the park. The route is entirely on paved paths. A short out and back past the mini golf, turn right at the clocktower down the hill towards the tree lined avenue, another out and back towards Pounds House, back through the wooden arch, back up the hill and repeat the out and back past the mini golf to the finish line at the cafe. Note that the park is very well used by dog walkers and cyclists!

For New Yewar's Day parkrun (as Christmas day) do not provide a list of club runners so I've just had a quick look where I think some may have run.
Yarian Slevin, Richard Jones, Louise Griffin, Kim Stroud and Becci Knowles all finished in their top 10s.
At Salterns there were PBs for Sean Reeve 3:18, Matt Perkins 0:22 & Kim Stroud 1 sec whilst Ian Briscoe continued his good form just outside his course fastest. In the Age Grades I was 3rd and Richard Jones 7th.

At Southhsea, Katherine Newell was tailwalker, Carrie Richardson Haunstrup missed her PB by 2 secs, paced by nephew Ryan. Former mamber Christine Mc was 2nd female.
