Course Description
The course begins in Lodmoor carpark before entering Lodmoor Country Park, turning left and completing one and a half laps clock-wise around the 9-hole golf course and miniature train track. Participants leave the park and head north along the walk/cycle tarmac track around the rugby ground and training pitch towards Weymouth Park and Ride area. Loop around the Round Table 'pineapple' monument and back along the same route to the Lodmoor Park. Turning left to do a clock-wise circuit around the golf and train areas then onto the finish straight.

Course Description
The event is a simple out-and-back along the Downs Link path in Shoreham-by-Sea, on the east side of the river Adur. Starting under the A27/Shoreham Bypass, the course heads north for 2.5km. At the halfway point, there will be two marshals at the turnaround, who will direct runners back the way they came, with the finish back underneath the overhead bypass. The path may be narrow, and we share the course with the general public, including cyclists and horse riders, so please be considerate to other users and keep left as much as possible.

Course Description
The course is a single loop and run on a mixture of gravel paths and trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain with occasional roots underfoot. Marshals will be at key sections of the course along with signs in place.
The course starts in front of Erddig Hall which is accessed by entering through into the National trust ticket office and following the signs. The route heads in a loop around the upper forest before coming back past in front of the house after a very short out and back section. Continue past the house and turn right down a short hill. Pass through the gate next to the cattle grid and continue straight, until reaching a stone bridge where you turn left. Follow the path through 2 more gates before reaching the end of the track. Pass through the gate and turn right over a small footbridge. Turn immediately right back into the forest but keeping to the left track. Follow the track round the edge before bearing right at the marker point. Continue along the trail path until you reach the final small gate. Turn right through the gate and cross over the stone bridge. Retrace your route past the cattle grid and up the hill before turning left to finish back in front of the house.
