Great Salterns parkrun
A total of 68 parkrunners took part.
Jack Ingleby set a new course PB (28 secs) in 1st place (2nd in Age Grades) and only James Baker and Jacob O'Hara have run faster here. Matt was near his best. The 2 new young members Oliver and Liam were boith also top 10 and near their fastest. Geoff Newman will also surely beat his GS PB soon, 26 secs short.

Course Description
Out and back along the shore of Lake Ontario, with a small extra spur up to the edge of the Humber River. Mostly on Martin Goodman Trail, starting and finishing on a short section of the boardwalk. Start and finish close to main car park, washrooms and the footbridge to Roncesvalles/Parkdale public transit. Flat all the way.
Whilst dogs are welcome, for very small dogs the gaps between the boards on boardwalk could be awkward.

Course Description
We meet near the start area by the skate park for our pre-event briefings. We then have a short walk to the start area. We start on the path that cuts through the park and end very close to where we started. The course covers a 2-lap, anti-clockwise route winding its way around Victoria Park and out to the football club. On each of the two laps you will head out of the park to the football club and do two circuits of the pitch then return to Victoria Park. There are brief contraflows where we pass under the A339 bridge and again as we return to the starting straight. The surfaces are a mixture of rough grass, dirt track and tarmac path. It is a flat course through an urban park with plenty of twists and turns.

Course Description
The course is three laps, and starts and finishes close to the football pavilion near the car park and the children's play area. The course heads in a clockwise direction around the Recreation Ground including a section along the Avon opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. At the end of the third lap, the finish is on the grass next to the path. The course is mainly on tarmac paths so ordinary road shoes are the best choice; in extreme conditions wearing trail shoes may be useful.
