Sometimes it’s not just all about running! Fullers Fitness offers bootcamp/circuit style fitness sessions twice a week. These training sessions are designed to be a fun way to improve you general fitness levels, strength and stamina whilst training the body as a whole.
Fullers Fitness has been established for 7 years and is run by our very own Lucas Fuller.
Lucas is a fully qualified fitness instructor and PT offering one to one personal training.
Fuller Fitness bootcamp sessions take place on Wednesday evenings.
Sessions are £5 and a variety of equipment is used. Children are very welcome to come along to watch or join in if capable.
