What better way to finish off a Monday evening run than with a Pilates Fitness class at BFC with Emma Jolley.
Places are limited and bookings are taken in advance on a weekly basis.
My name is Emma and I have been a club runner for many years and have been practising and teaching Fitness Pilates for over 9 years.
Fitness Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on muscular balance and strength, posture and flexibility. It is good for strengthening the core and combines functional fitness variations of the traditional Pilates movements with added intensity and choreographed routines. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and good for runners as helps to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
Baffins Fitclub Fitness Pilates Class is on Monday evenings, 8-9pm at Baffins Community Centre. No equipment required as mats are provided. Loose, comfortable clothing recommended. Costs £4 a class. Booking advised as spaces are limited.
