Weekly Report – 27th July to 2nd August (updated)

A slightly earlier race report this week, as I'm off to Cyprus in the morning, so I thought I'd get it done while I had the chance! ☀️

It's been a quieter week, but here are the races that I know BFC runners have taken part in over the last seven days.

Hampshire Vets League - Aldershot

Paul Ingle took part in the final match of the season, competing in the Discus, Javelin, 800m and 3000m. He put in a strong all-round performance and rounded off the season by achieving a personal best in the 800m.

A great effort from Paul—well done!

Sunday 2nd August - Harting Mult-terrain ‘10’
