parkrun review Saturday 3rd December 2022
We begin at our local event where a total of 52 runners took part at Great Salterns parkrun event #46. Numbers of Baffins runners will have been reduced due to the Christmas Party at the Rifle Club the night before I'm sure.
We've had 103 different runners here running 794 parkruns on the course.
Nikki Wright was 1st female with a 1:01 PB! We have had 5 different 1st females, Nikki Wright (1), Christine Mc (1) these 2 the last 2 weeks (can we make it a hat-trick?), Jo Wilkins (1), Kim Stroud (1) and Louise Griffin (4).
Gordon Scroton ran in 5th place and in the Age-Graded Percentages, John Bucketsofrain was 2nd, Nikki Wright 9th and Gordon 10th & not far off his best time here.

A total of 82 runners took part at Lochore Meadows parkrun event #152
Terrie Ann Brown is our only runner to have been here at Lochore Meadows Country Park, Lochore Meadows, Lochore, Lochgelly, Fife, KY5 8BA. The course is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain.

A lower than usual total of 271 runners took part at Southsea parkrun event #408. We have had 305 runners here running 7883 times.
Janet Sampson and Katherine Newell were volunteer walkers. It is good to see Richard Twose back at the times he was running a year ago in only his 2nd parkrun back. Laura Maciejewska ran for the 1st time here for over a year.
Ian Briscoe , seemingly unaffected by the party, was not far from his best and this was his 9th best of 87 attempts here. Laura Richardson was in the top 10 females. Michael Rae had the 2nd best Age-Graded Percentage.
