A total of 167 runners took part at Queen Elizabeth parkrun event #315. Sonny Locke ran a great debut time here and Alanna Burchett ran a QE PB by a huge 2:23 and was 4th female. The Alex Millham clan ran here including Mahjooba Rahjo bettered her best here by a great 1:01.

A total of 554 runners (a record, beating the number on my 250th) took part at Southsea parkrun event #293
Here Emma Jolley was 1st lady, The men's winner again won pushing a double buggy! There was a welcome return for Robert Rob Scammell and Luke ( Darren Linington). There were some very good PBs in conditions that provided a bit of a headwind going out. Rob Cooke ran a 0:14 PB, Ricky Smith 0:18, Zoe Fitzgerald 0:22, Kim Biggs 0:17, Jacquie Jones 0:27, Karen Maund 0:24, Kirsty Williams 0:34, Pauline Briant-Ridgers 1:10 and Kevin Friery 0:18 and his 1st sub 30:00! Some terrific times here.

In the age-graded times Emma Jolley was 2nd, me 3rd and Fiona Shaw 8th in her 2nd fastest ever parkrun since her PB in June 2016.
