Hi there. Here's your parkrun review for Saturday 23rd October 2021.

Ian Briscoe was at what I always think is a relatively new parkrun but even with Covid, they are on over 150. Ian took 29secs of his previous time here and is now just ahead of Louise Griffin. Only Sonny Locke of ours has run faster here.

A total of 155 runners took part at Whiteley (tarmac and grass) parkrun event #156

For Becci Knowles it was a 6 sec APPB and a 22 sec one for Southsea (4 PBs since parkrun's return is a great achievement). Louise ran her fastest since parkrun's comeback, as did Michael Rae, (who was also 10th in the age-graded times)

Among the volunteers were Billy Jules Bilton, Katherine Newell, Damien O'Neill, and Alice Bird

Please don't forget to volunteer as it is rewarding when you are racing the next day or injured. Post-run coffees are always a good occasion.
