The course follows this path and crosses straight heading to the top of “Cinder Hill”. Turn left and follow the path down into an open clearing, passing a marshal at the foot of the hill and continuing to the marshal at a bend in the path. Turn right and head uphill, over a narrow bridge and take the first right fork following the uneven trail path above and alongside the stream. As you reach the tarmac path a marshal will guide parkrunners around a left turn to an out and back section - please keep left. Pass the point where you entered the tarmac path, turn right approx 10 yards going behind the football pitches (beware of the 4 stumps covered in hi-viz covers). Head down hill, turn right at the marshal, follow the path around, turn left and head alongside the river. Continue on this path until you reach a marshal at the steps / rise up to the tarmac hill known as Cruella. Turn left at the top of the steps to go up Cruella. Reaching the crossroads where you started, turn right and run an out and back section, keeping right and turning at the marshal. On lap 1, go straight on past the start towards "Cinder Hill" again - this time taking the path around to the left, alongside the river and the marshal at the steps and up Cruella a second time. On lap 2, turn right past the start again and complete the out and back, this time turning right out of the path on the crossroads to complete another out and back towards the car park and the finish funnel is a short distance after the turn around point.

A total of 252 runners took part at Bognor Regis parkrun event #339

A total of 176 runners took part at Chichester parkrun event #337

Sally and I went to Chichester for the day to include shopping andf a trip or walk along the canal, so I was surprised and pleased when she said we could go early for parkrun. I'd done this one testing an injury about 4 years ago but actually the records show October 2015!!! Please to say I ran a 1:41 PB. W have had 18 runners here with a total of 30 parkruns. Of current members I have now grabbed the best time from Ian Briscoe. Not for long though I suspect. I, like Michael Rae at Southsea, got 6th best Age Grade.

A total of 230 runners took part at Clevedon Salthouse Fields parkrun event #69

Alex Gannon is only our 2nd runner here and becomes our fastest.

A three lap route around the Salthouse Park and along the seafront. The first lap is a short lap around the park only. Laps two and three are alongside the iconic marine lake and along the seafront towards the pier and back.

The majority of paths are tarmac. The route goes onto a short stretch of flat grass, and crosses a miniature railway track twice, on all three laps. This can be bumpy for buggies/wheelchairs. The route is virtually flat and takes in views of the Severn estuary.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
