A total of 46 runners took part at a muddy Great Salterns parkrun event #114
Jack Ingleby was 1st again for the 4th time in a great new PB by 30 secs (3 PBs in the last 4 here and his 2nd best at any parkrun), Alex Gannon was 5th & near his fastest on the course.
Jack also was 3rd in the Age-Grades

Course Description
The course is 5000m long and consists of two laps. It runs around the edge of playing fields and uses two areas, connected through a 5-bar gate. The course is flat and the surface is grass.
Jason Smith debuted here and is our 1st runner at this course. I'm intrigued if you have to jump the 5-bar gate!
