I was 4th in the Age Grades on my debut just beating the club best held by Eric De Greef

Course Description

The course consists of two laps running on the left hand side. We start in front of Mile End Stadium and run along the path through the park and over the green bridge. We follow the path right after the bridge to loop over the Art Pavilion and then make a 180 degree turn after the bollards at the canal path to follow the other path back to the bridge. We then follow the path back to the stadium. After a second lap we finish on the grass in front of the stadium, next to where we started.

Course Description

The course starts on a gravel path alongside the church inside Milton Creek Country Park.

Follow the path to the end and take the left hand fork onto a trail which skirts the housing estate. After 440 metres take a right hand turn (third path) then bear right. Continue straight ahead and turn right at the end of the path. Carry on straight and then bear left at the wooden train. Carry on along the trail path, past the pond on your left. Carry on to the ‘dog leg’ corner, go right. Carry on until the next left path and go along the path. Turn right at the junction, and follow the path until you see the wooden train; Repeat that loop. Then at the wooden train carry straight on and retracing the original route. The finish is beyond the start on the far side of the main field path near the toilets.

The course is suitable for buggies but the area can be very boggy after heavy rain.
